Introduction

CONS is Soluble Cutting Oil Additive. It is a brown color, napthenic or paraffinic oil soluble, biostable semi-synthetic product particularly recommended for all machining operations.

Formulations

Recommended at: 12% to 22% by weight

In either Napthenic or Paraffinic Base Oils.  Satisfactory emulsions can be formulated at 5:1 to 100:1 Water to Oil ratio Meeting the requirements of Soluble Cutting Oil, ISI : 1115.
